1 / Do I need planning permission?
If the garden room is at the rear or side garden, and is under 2.5m tall then you won't need planning permission.

However, we always recommend checking with the Government’s Planning Portal online before starting any work. The planning portal refers to garden rooms as outbuildings.
2 / What's included with a Garden Room?
A full electric kit (consumer unit, power sockets, external lights) comes with every order. Double-glazed windows and doors are included.
3 / Do you have any payment options?
